Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens
About two and half years ago my son set up the Hampel Photo Gallery, a place where our family could share photos with the world. Since then we have added over 2000 photos. About half of the photos were taken by me and the balance between my son and my wife.
Recently this gallery passed a significant milestone: one and a quarter million views. That is a lot of people looking at our photos.
There is a wide range of subjects covered including:
- Birds and animals
- Plants and flowers
- National parks, gardens and zoos
- Travel in Australia and other countries

- Malaysia and Singapore
